Regarding Web Design:
How Do I Get Started?
You can contact me through email, phone call, or text message so we can get started with your project. We’ll go over what kind of website you would like to build, what your goals are, what your budget and time constraints are, and what you require to make this project a success.
Once we have an agreement on what your goals are, I will email you a document with the price quote, the description of what you will be receiving upon delivery, and a contract to sign. I find that having a written contract protects both parties from any difficulties.
What Are The Payment Options?
I am happy to accept cash, checks, or credit cards. I also use Venmo if that is something you prefer to use. There is a 50% charge upfront before the project begins, and the following 50% upon completion.
If the cost for your project seems quite large and you don’t feel like you can manage it, we can discuss a payment plan, but I will still require an upfront fee of 50%. Remember, I want to help you with your business.
What Information Do I Need To Provide To Start?
To kickstart your website design project, you’ll need to provide essential information such as your business logo, brand colors, content (text, images, videos), and any specific features or functionalities you want to include. Additionally, insights into your target audience, industry, and competitors can help inform the design process. Also, if you have any websites that you like the look of and you want yours to look something like it, send me the links. I find these very helpful in understanding exactly what you want.
If you do not have a personalized brand, logo, color scheme, or other information, let me know. I can help you with that. You want your business to shine your personality through.
You Mentioned You Offer A Maintenance Package, Why Would I Need One?
After your website is launched, it requires regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance, security, and functionality. This includes tasks such as updating software (CMS, plugins, themes), monitoring website traffic and performance, backing up data regularly, fixing broken links or errors, and implementing security measures to protect against threats like malware and hacking attempts.
Similar to maintaining your home or your own business, your website requires periodic maintenance as well. This is an add-on though, not a requirement.
What Does The Process Look Like?
- We set up your free consultation and go over exactly what your business is and what you want your website to accomplish for your business.
- We discuss your brand, logo, color scheme, and tone of voice (Are you Passionate? Professional? Informative? What’s your tone when you write your content or share your knowledge?) If you don’t have any of this figured out, we can go over that as well.
- We will discuss your budget and what we can create that will benefit you the most without breaking the bank. (I know personally that starting businesses gets expensive enough without adding on giant fees to experts.)
- Once we have all of that figured out, I do insist on signing a contract to protect both parties. I also require a 50% deposit upfront, and then the other 50% at the completion.
- Once all of that is finished and the documents are signed, I then begin the process of building the website.
- I start with the front-end development. (This is simply how the website looks, the menu, the content, etc. Then I head to the back-end to optimize your SEO, set up your online shop if that is what you require, set up your Google Analytics, email marketing set-up, etc. (It all depends on what your business needs.)
- Upon completion, I will deliver the website to you and receive the final deposit. While not required, I would like to request a review left to share your satisfaction and help promote my business.
- You tell everyone about your website and use it to bring in more traffic and leads into your business and make more money.

Regarding The Profit Blueprint:
How Does Business Coaching Differ From Consulting?
While both business coaching and consulting aim to improve business performance, they differ in approach. Consultants typically provide expert advice and solutions based on their own knowledge and experience. In contrast, business coaches facilitate the client’s own problem-solving and decision-making processes, helping them develop their skills and find their own solutions.
Who Can Benefit From Business Coaching?
Business coaching can benefit a wide range of individuals, including entrepreneurs, small business owners, executives, managers, and professionals looking to advance their careers. It is particularly valuable for those seeking to improve their leadership skills, develop effective business strategies, enhance team performance, or navigate significant business challenges.
What Should I Expect From A Coaching Session?
The typical coaching session will begin with identifying your goals, values, and purpose. We will make sure your business is on a solid foundation, and then we will proceed to build on that. You will be provided with questionnaires and strategy sheets to fill out to maximize your time with me and have a lasting business plan even after you decide you want to be done with The Profit Blueprint program.
How Long Does A Business Coaching Relationship Last?
The duration of a business coaching relationship depends on the client’s goals and progress. Some clients achieve their objectives within a few months, while others may engage in coaching for a year or longer. Many clients find ongoing value in maintaining a long-term coaching relationship for continuous support and development. The program is six weeks long, six sessions long. But if you’re happy with the progress you’re making, there’s no reason that you can’t renew your program as many times as you want.
How Can Business Coaching Help My Business?
Business coaching can improve your business by helping you develop clear goals, create effective strategies, and enhance your leadership and management skills. It can lead to better decision-making, improved team performance, increased productivity, and greater business growth. Additionally, coaching provides accountability and support, helping you stay focused and motivated.
Can A Business Coach Help Me With Work/Life Balance?
Yes, business coaching can help improve work-life balance by assisting you in setting boundaries, managing your time more effectively, and prioritizing your tasks. A coach can help you identify areas where you can delegate or streamline processes, reducing stress and allowing you to focus on both your personal and professional life.
Is Business Coaching Worth The Investment?
Many clients find that business coaching is a valuable investment that pays off in terms of improved business performance, personal development, and achievement of goals. The return on investment can be seen in increased productivity, better decision-making, enhanced leadership skills, and overall business growth. However, the value of coaching depends on your commitment and willingness to implement the strategies discussed.
What Is The Difference Between Private Coaching & Group Coaching?
Group coaching involves multiple participants working with one coach, providing a collaborative and cost-effective learning environment. It offers the benefits of peer support and diverse perspectives. Private coaching, on the other hand, involves one-on-one sessions with a coach, offering personalized attention and tailored strategies. The choice depends on your preferences, goals, and budget.
